La plupart du temps, quelques adaptations cibl\u00e9es destin\u00e9es \u00e0 soulager les articulations, inspir\u00e9es d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s de loisir ou d\u2019un programme d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, suffisent \u00e0 pr\u00e9server la sant\u00e9 des articulations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Des charges de faible intensit\u00e9 et des activit\u00e9s sportives douces conviennent parfaitement \u00e0 entra\u00eener les muscles voisins des articulations et \u00e0 maintenir ainsi la souplesse de ces derni\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4 id=\"natation-aquagym\" class=\"dt active\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Natation \/ Aquagym<\/span><\/h4>\n<div class=\"dd link-underline\">\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Lorsqu\u2019on nage, les mouvements normalement fatigants sont beaucoup plus faciles. La r\u00e9sistance de l\u2019eau permet d&rsquo;effectuer des mouvements r\u00e9guliers, sans pr\u00e9cipitation, et vous donne l&rsquo;occasion de muscler id\u00e9alement vos jambes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">L&rsquo;aquagym favorise le soulagement des articulations, la d\u00e9tente musculaire et l&rsquo;\u00e9limination en douceur des tensions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Dans l\u2019eau, de nombreux mouvements sont bien plus faciles \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter, et une plus grande amplitude de mouvement peut \u00eatre exerc\u00e9e. Essayez si possible d&rsquo;\u00e9tirer vos genoux au maximum puis de les plier ; contre la r\u00e9sistance de l&rsquo;eau, vous pourrez ainsi muscler efficacement vos jambes. En outre, une activit\u00e9 physique pratiqu\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;eau am\u00e9liore le transport veineux\u00a0; le c\u0153ur, la circulation et les fonctions respiratoires sont stimul\u00e9s, le m\u00e9tabolisme est tonifi\u00e9 et les muscles se d\u00e9tendent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4 id=\"la-danse\" class=\"dt active\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">La danse<\/span><\/h4>\n<div class=\"dd link-underline\">\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">En plus d\u2019\u00eatre un plaisir, la danse est excellente pour rester en forme. Gr\u00e2ce au travail pr\u00e9cis du rythme, des pas et des figures, les tensions sont mesur\u00e9es et les mouvements contr\u00f4l\u00e9s. En raison du faible risque de blessure, la danse convient parfaitement en cas d\u2019arthrose du genou.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4 id=\"la-marche\" class=\"dt active\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">La marche<\/span><\/h4>\n<div class=\"dd link-underline\">\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Lorsqu\u2019on marche, de nombreuses parties du corps sont mobilis\u00e9es simultan\u00e9ment. Notamment l\u2019utilisation de b\u00e2tons (un pour chaque main) assure un bon rythme et un balancement du poids b\u00e9n\u00e9fique aux articulations du genou trop sollicit\u00e9es. L\u2019utilisation de b\u00e2tons, comme en marche nordique, apporte un soutien suppl\u00e9mentaire pour soulager les genoux. La marche et la randonn\u00e9e repr\u00e9sentent des alternatives au jogging efficaces pour pr\u00e9server les genoux. En effet, comme on a toujours un pied au sol, aucun choc n\u2019est ressenti par les articulations ni par la colonne vert\u00e9brale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\n<\/div>\n<h4 id=\"cyclisme\" class=\"dt active\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Cyclisme<\/span><\/h4>\n<div class=\"dd link-underline\">\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u00c0 v\u00e9lo, le poids du corps repose sur la selle. Les genoux sont donc soulag\u00e9s. Veillez \u00e0 p\u00e9daler r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, amplement, sans trop de r\u00e9sistance. L\u2019apparition de douleurs signale que vous avez trop forc\u00e9 sur les genoux et que l\u2019effort pour p\u00e9daler est trop intense. L\u2019id\u00e9al est un entra\u00eenement chez soi, sur un v\u00e9lo d&rsquo;appartement.
