On mise donc sur les aliments anti-inflammatoires !<\/p>\n<h2>Une portion de poisson gras<\/h2>\n<p>Saumon, maquereau, sardine, hareng, truite saumon\u00e9e&#8230; ils sont riches en om\u00e9ga-3 et recommand\u00e9s deux fois par semaine. On assaisonne tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avec un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, un peu de sel <a href=\"https:\/\/avogel.fr\/blog\/herbamare-tout-ce-quil-faut-savoir\/\">Herbamare<\/a> et on le cuit au four !<\/p>\n<h2>On choisit bien son huile<\/h2>\n<p>Nous conseillons de privil\u00e9gier les huiles riches en om\u00e9ga-3 \u00e9galement : colza, noix ou encore lin.
