Manger calmement<\/h2>\n<p>Prenez le temps de manger calmement. Si c&rsquo;est bien m\u00e2ch\u00e9, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 dig\u00e9r\u00e9 ! Se d\u00e9tendre avant le repas, m\u00e2cher lentement et bien saliver : c&rsquo;est bon pour l&rsquo;estomac, pour l&rsquo;intestin et pour la ligne.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Boire suffisamment<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Buvez beaucoup<\/strong> &#8211; un \u00e0 deux litres d&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de \u00e0 jeun d\u00e8s le matin stimulent la digestion.
