Eteignez la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, \u00e9loignez les jeux vid\u00e9o et filtrez les visites. Un cadre \u00e0 la fois <b>structurant et rassurant<\/b> permet de se concentrer et d\u2019aborder les examens en se sentant soutenu. Cela contribue \u00e0 diminuer le stress.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Soigner son alimentation<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La p\u00e9riode des examens est propice aux \u00e9carts. La tentation est grande de manger n\u2019importe quoi \u00ab pour aller vite \u00bb.
