Ces mauvaises habitudes du quotidien peuvent se traduire par de la constipation (passage aux toilettes moins de trois fois par semaine) ou de la diarrh\u00e9e (passage aux toilettes plus de trois fois par jour). Mais une fatigue accrue, une mauvaise concentration ou un teint brouill\u00e9 peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre mis sur le compte des <b>dysfonctionnements de notre syst\u00e8me digestif et de notre transit intestinal<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Comment am\u00e9liorer son transit intestinal<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Les intestins poss\u00e8dent une horloge interne. Manger \u00e0 heures fixes facilite le transit intestinal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pratiquez une <b>activit\u00e9 physique<\/b> r\u00e9guli\u00e8re comme la marche, la natation ou le v\u00e9lo. Le sport masse les intestins et facilite la digestion.
